Quality hats and an impressive leather patch. I sent in a special design that we wore in my former military unit, NOUS DEFIONS. They were able to capture and size the design perfectly on the leather patch. This was second order (same design - different hat styles). Both turned out perfectly. Others from my unit will be ordering the same design and hats. Finally, the website is user friendly and you can simply submit your design and order. It arrived quickly too.
