Can I mix and match colors and styles?
Yes! To mix and match colors, simply add each option to cart. The bulk discount will still apply to your order regardless of how many colors/styles you choose!
What file type should I upload?
Please upload a high resolution jpeg. or png. file. That being said, if you have another file type that you prefer, you can send that via email and we'll format it to engrave properly.
Can I get a mockup?
Yes! Simply upload your logo on any product page in solid black/white format. You can then use the buttons below the preview to size and position as desired. If you would like a mockup before production, please just leave this request in the order comments or send us an email and we'll be happy to assist.

What is your current production time?
Our current lead time is 2-3 weeks! That being said, if you need your order rushed, please drop us a line here!
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes! To have your order rushed, please contact us before placing an order. A reasonable rush fee might be required depending on the urgency.
How do I track my order?
As soon as a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email providing tracking information. This will allow you to keep track of your package until it arrives on your door step!
What if I used the incorrect shipping address?
If the incorrect shipping address was provided at purchase, please contact us immediately and we can update the address as long as the order hasn't yet been shipped.

Where is your shop located?
We are located in Lewiston, Maine! In 2022, we restored part of an old textile mill, where we currently handle all business operations. Our manufacturing and customer service happens in-house, which helps us to deliver the highest quality products and customer service.
What brand of hats do you offer?
While we can source most any brand, we are officially a Richardson hat dealer. We find that Richardson offers the highest quality headwear on the market which is why we sell almost exclusively Richardson caps.
Are you patches stitched on the hats?
Yes! Each and every patch is carefully hand-stitched on every cap and beanie that we sell. We do not offer an "adhesive only" option as the quality and appearance of stitching can't be beat!
Where do you source your leathers?
Our leather is what makes us unique. We use exclusively American tanned leather that we develop and source from American tanneries. We are proud to develop our own leather which you won't find anywhere but at C. Richard's!
