These were so popular that I had to make a 2nd order. It was just as easy as the first time. I asked the art department to provide a proof with the patch on the left side. They sent it the next day but I chose to leave it the same as the first order.

10/10 only hat maker I’ll buy from. I asked for a speedy process for a Batchelor party and they arrived in 10 days.
The process was simplistic. I got on the Richardson website, chose the cap we wanted for our association, uploaded and viewed our logo, and placed the order. The art group from Richardson contacted me, made some suggestions about the leather patch artwork (which was spot on) and we placed the final order of 30 dozen caps. They didn't over-promise and under-deliver. They over-delivered! We were on a deadline to get the caps for an event and Richardson told me that they could meet the deadline, which they beat by 2 weeks. The caps look amazing! Again, the process was so simple and the people were so nice. Customer service at its best! I will go directly to Richardson for future orders!
